Celebrate Earth Day with Neutrogena Naturals {Giveaway}

This post was written by the Experimental Mommy and brought to you by Neutrogena.  All opinions remain 100% mine.

Inspired by Earth Day, I thought I would share some of my favorite natural products.  As a Neutrogena Ambassador, I have had the opportunity to try many of their products.  Admittedly, my first thought was that natural=less effective.  But I am happy to report that I absolutely love the entire NEUTROGENA® Naturals line.  A bit about the products:

NEUTROGENA® Naturals is the brand’s first fully natural line.  It’s free of harsh chemical sulfates, parabens and petrochemicals which features bionutrients (highly concentrated chemical compounds found in nature). Bionutrients are proven to support healthy skin, and to promote replenishment and detoxification.

The entire line is Earthwards recognized for their sustainability but the great thing is that Neutrogena doesn’t stop at the skin care line.  The brand is committed to supporting sustainable forestry so packaging is made up of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified paperboard.  Plus, to reduce its footprint and sustainability, NEUTROGENA® Naturals’ website is powered by 100 percent clean energy that includes 12 solar panels and a 50-foot windmill.  From start to finish, this is a product line you can be proud to own (not to mention your face will look fab, too)!

Neutrogena continues to build on the brand’s gentle and effective cleansing expertise, and identified a great need for cleansers within the naturals space designed without additives like surfactants, products Neutrogena® Ambassador, Kristen Bell can stand behind. The line includes cleansers and a lip balm which offers true clinical skin benefits, wonderful aesthetics and a sensory experience.

Ready for an all natural experience? One Experimental Mommy reader will win the entire Neutrogena Naturals line including lip balm, face and body bar, makeup remover, purifying pore scrub and a facial cleanser! Enter below:

  1. I won’t do anything different than on any other day. We recycle, re-use, re-purpose, and try to conserve whenever possible!

  2. We celebrate our Earth Day by clearing the yard and taking care of our trees. With spring cleaning in the house we recycle unwanted items by offering them on Freecycle and donating.

  3. We celebrate Earth Day every day …. reduce, reuse, recycle! I am planting flowers and two citrus trees that my mom gave me tomorrow though since I didn’t get to it today. So excited to have a lemon and grapefruit tree!

  4. We plan to work in our gardens and clean up our yard for Earth Day. T here are a few clean up activities going on in our area, we may attend one after school today.

  5. Living in NYC, it makes it hard to always give back to the planet, but i always make sure to put trash in the garbage. I will also water the flowers and plants that i have on my balcony. I also did a clothing overhaul and donated a bunch of clothes to continue the recycling pattern. Most importantly, i will cook a meal of herbs pulled from my balcony. #cityliving

  6. I am ridding my house of excess clutter and donating the goods to a homeless shelter. I recycle just about everything, compost and re-use as much as I can year round! Thanks for the great giveaway 🙂

  7. we wanted to plant our flowers and a small garden, but currently the temps in the Northeast are just not favorable yet. So, we went and purchased a couple of hanging flower baskets-and are using them outside under we can hang them from the front porch. We also purchased some vegetable seeds and flower seeds today as well.

  8. We’re observing Earth Day by planting a tree in the front yard and reminding the kids about recycling

  9. We don’t really celebrate earth day but we try to increase our efforts to be good stewards all the time.

  10. We recycled some things as a family and planted a tree. We all conserved water by taking 5 minute showers

  11. I did plant some flowers. But, otherwise, we just did our usual good deeds for the Earth by recycling and conserving energy and water the best we can.

  12. Every day is Earth Day at our house. We have lots of plants in our house and we recycle as much as possible. We also use refillable water bottles instead of disposable ones!

  13. We buy local first whenever we can possibly do so, and we live in a green apartment building. We don’t own a car (by choice) so I think we are doing pretty good. My big switch this year was starting to clean with vinegar only. You can even clean your oven with it!! We don’t really do anything different on Earth Day though.

  14. I planted a thornless blackberry bush in my yard and planted a tree through Treecycler.

  15. My children’s school collected used clothes for recycling, and we donated a few bags of clothes.
