Tide’s Super Bowl Commerical Got Me Laughing!

Saturday afternoon was absolutely gorgeous here in New Orleans. My husband and I headed to the French Quarter for a Super Bowl Tailgate party and to take in the festivities. What we saw was above and beyond my expectations! New Orleans knows how to throw a party and this was definitely no exception. We rolled out the red carpet for both Raven and 49ers fans (while still proudly wearing our Saints jerseys, of course) and introduced them to a party like no other.

Because our Saints didn’t make it to the Big Game, we were looking forward to the infamous Super Bowl commercials more than the main event.  I was only impressed by a select few commercials and completely grossed out by others only on, but the Tide commercial in the fourth quarter got me laughing.  If you missed it, check it out below:

Funny, right?  I am so happy that my entire household is part of the Who Dat Nation or I could totally see this happening here.  In the end, the Ravens came out the victor and the party grew stronger in the French Quarter.  Now that football has ended, my family and I are looking forward to Mardi Gras and what will hopefully be a much better season for our beloved Saints.

How did you celebrate the Super Bowl?  Which were your favorite commercials?

This post is the opinion of Experimental Mommy.  As a Tide/NFL Ambassador, I was compensated for my time and effort but all opinions remain 100% mine.  Geaux Saints!

  1. I like the commercial with Darryl from the Walking Dead. That was the only one I really saw. LOL. I made time for that one. 🙂 I didn’t actually watch the Super Bowl. I put on The Hunger Games to watch.
