Nestle Family Virtual Halloween Party: Juicy Juice Party Ideas!

My girls are just starting to really get into the Halloween traditions. Dressing up and going trick or treating are our usual holiday highlights. But ever since my husband and I were married, we have made it a tradition to go to the pumpkin patch and carve a pumpkin together. Once we had children, we had even more fun by having them help us select the all important family pumpkin.

The pumpkin has become a centerpiece during this holiday in more ways than one! Because our kids are little, they can be quite scared of this holiday as well, so we have sought out non-scary parties for them to attend. Their favorite one has been a pumpkin carving party! Each child brought a pumpkin and the party hosts provided templates, paints, glitter, stickers….everything the kids needed to let their imaginations run wild. The party guests showed up in costume and the carving began!

Are you planning on having a Halloween party this year? If you are looking for fun and unique party ideas, check out this Juicy Juice recipe from Nestle:

Bone Chillin’ Brew

What you need
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 clear plastic gloves
  • 3 rubber bands or twist ties
  • 2 bottles (64 fl. oz. each) of Punch Flavor NESTLÉ® JUICY JUICE® All Natural 100% Juice, chilled
  • 1 can (12 fl. oz.) of frozen lemonade concentrate, slightly thawed
  • 4 cans (12 fl. oz. each) of lemon-lime soda, chilled
How to do it

POUR water into gloves, adding enough water to fill the gloves loosely but not so full that the fingers will not move. Fasten gloves with rubber bands or twist ties. Line baking sheet with paper towels. Place filled gloves on paper towels. Freeze for 3 hours or until firm.

COMBINE Juicy Juice and lemonade concentrate in large punch bowl. Gradually stir in soda. Carefully cut gloves off hands with scissors. Float hands in punch.

Need a little help creating the perfect Halloween Party?  Nestle Family has generously offered one reader a Juicy Juice prize pack including a $25 Target gift card to purchase party essentials plus two bottles of Juicy Juice® punch.

  14. I have two favorite Halloween Memories. Me and my brothers had this one neighbor who would always give us a Whole candy bar of Halloween,Needless to say we went to see them first every year until they moved. The second memory is of a Halloween party my mother put on for us one year, It was all decked out with “lady fingers” and green chip dip.. that my brothers would not touch. Apparently if you add Green food coloring to normal french onion dip it made it taste different to them! ( I didn’t have that problem!)

  24. I don’t know if it is my favorite but it was memorable. My elementary school did Halloween up big. I must have been in the 2nd grade and wanted to go to the haunted house but my mom did not want to go. She asked a lady to take me and as soon as I walked in and saw a woodsman chop off his hand with an ax and the hand rolled over to me, I screamed and went back out the front.

take them trick or treating and then the party at our house. We would have ‘foggy’ punch (w/dry ice) and a ghost cake with glowing eyes! After the party, we checked all the kids’ candy to make sure it was safe. Parents loved this so much they would start calling in early October to see if we were having the party again! 😉

My favorite Halloween is trick or treating with my older brother. One year we went and it was pouring down rain, and I was Rainbow Brite! We still had fun though, and I remember coming home changing out of our wet clothes and pouring all of our candy on the floor.

  94. I was in high school and a part of the party was to go to a spook house. I did not know that one of my friends was afraid of chainsaws. When a zombie started a chainsaw my friend literally climbed up my body and was practically on my shoulders before I figured out what happened. Good thing I was tall and she was a petit girl or I would have fell over. Could not peel her off of me until we were out of there.

My best Halloween party memory was when my oldest son was in Kindergarten.
He was painfully shy and I was really worried about him amking friends when he started school. So I volunteered for the Halloween party aas my way of maybe helping him while I was there.
But once the party got going I looked around to find him in the midst od several other boys his age laughing and having a good time.
That is when I knew he would be fine without me.
But I have to admit, it broke my heart just a little.

My sister’s birthday is on Halloween, so I’ve got lots of memories. We used to go trick or treating and then after hit up some place, like Pizza Inn, in full costume and chow down. She’d then open presents, and since it was her birthday, we always had lots of people around us in costumes singing Happy Birthday. I was always happy to share in her birthday bash!

  271. I had a boyfriend who illustrated comics, he invited me to an Halloween Party with his friends and it consisted of every comic book superhero ever created.
I partied with Batman, Spiderman, The Hulk…etc.

  272. I’ve not really been to many good Halloween parties, but I can tell you about my favorite trick or treat so far! Not to be a braggart, but my hubby does the BEST decorations! Last year he went with the theme of “Psycho.” His decor is always themed. We had a full shower he made out of scrap wood and bloody hand prints on the curtain, running water out of a showerhead, and overflowing “bloody” sink with mop and bucket, and the scene of Norman sinking the victim’s car playing on a loop in our sliding glass door (as big as too) via our projector…was awesome and all outside!

The best was the year we added digital cameras – pics of all the crazy antics! Now we do kid parties…..
