  3. I agree with Stephanie. It definitely looks like Leapfrog’s version of an ipad for kids. What a great concept!

  4. It sounds like it will be a larger iPod Touch like device for kids. Seems like an updated Didj with more online capabilities. Looks like fun – thanks for letting us know about it.

  5. Hmmm, it has to be something similar to a video game console. Can’t wait to find out 🙂

  7. Im guessing some sort of kids Ipad that can do most of the things a adult one can but made just for kids

  8. Thanks to Engadget, I know that it is a “touchscreen computer that doubles as a gaming platform and e-book reader, integrated into both the company’s Learning Path parent monitoring system and LeapWorld virtual world.”

  9. I think that it is like a Nintendo DS combined with some of the Ipad capabilities for kids

  10. I think it would be something like an ipad for kids. Lots of fun apps that you could get off the Leapfrog site and books too.

  11. I think it wil be like an IPad of sorts for kids. What a great idea. My oldest has been wanting an e-reader but I wasn’t sure how well it would hold up. Hoping this is a kid friendly alternative.

  12. I am hoping that the new Leapfrog device is similar to an Ipad in that it will teach beginning computer use. With things such as word, search, use of applications etc. But in a much younger easier format for children to understand. This way it will make the transition to a regular computer a lot smoother.
Thank you so much for the chance to win.

  13. I think its a device that teaches kids educational information through games so kids want to learn.

  14. I think the new device will be a child friendly computer with a touch screen. Large typing buttons to teach each letter of the alphabet & very colorful.

  15. I now subscribe to your rss feed as of today using google reader. I love all your patterned retro vases in your bottom background! I can remember when we had each one of those way back when.

  16. I think it will be some type of children’s version of a thinkpad with different types of apps.

  17. I am hoping it is a touch screen toy that will teach children stuff like ABCs and numbers as well as to learn how to use a computer and touch screen

  18. It seems like it’s for older kids…maybe it has WiFi? It seems pretty great, whatever it is!

  19. I’m not really sure, but I think it might function like an iPad device, and it would be pretty neat if it had mp3 capabilities
