Take Extraordinary Measures and Win $10,000 for Charity!

CBS Films’ upcoming film Extraordinary Measures, starring Harrison Ford and Brendan Fraser, is inspired by the true story of John Crowley – a man who defied conventional wisdom and great odds to pursue a cure for his children’s life threatening disease.   My husband and I saw the previews recently when we were in the movies and it looks incredible!  I cannot WAIT for this movie to come out!  You can view the trailer on the website….it looks like an incredible film.

extraordinarymeasuresTo celebrate Crowley’s story, there is  a wonderful opportunity to get the word about a cause that is close to you, and also possibly win some money for them!  It’s so easy, all you have to do is upload an inspirational video.

1.  Go to the Inspirational Quilt and click on Upload Your Story.

2.  Once your video is uploaded, you will be entered into the sweepstakes for a chance to designate the charity of your choice to receive $10,000.

3.  Tell your friends to vote to increase your chances of winning.

Even if you don’t enter, take the time to view and vote on some of these heartwarming and courageous stories in the Inspirational Quilt.  I was touched by the story of a family with two children suffering from a rare disorder called Batten Disease. A little girl in my community suffers from it as well and so I am well aware of how hard our area has been fighting to raise money for this rare and catastrophic illness.

Any charity, big or small, can benefit from getting the word out and possibly win some money to support all the wonderful causes.  Check out the Inspirational Quilt today!
