KidsCoats: Review

Ok, y’all are going to learn pretty quickly that kids’ clothing makes me weak in the knees.  So, I was positively giddy to get to review a precious coat from KidsCoats.com! KidsCoats graciously sent Emily a beautiful Corky and Company Brown and Pink Dots Wrap Swing Coat.   Emily was most pleased to try it on!

When it arrived the first thing I noticed was how incredibly well made this coat is.  It is extra snuggly and soft and the zipper and button were both sewn extra tight.  This coat is a size 5 and extra roomy so I think we may get a repeat winter in this one!  Corky’s believes that their coats are “works of art and nothing less!” Judging from this coat, I know that is true!   From the website:  “The incredibly unique fleece and faux fur fabrics are designed exclusively by Corky coats using the most advanced textiles and fibers.  These kids coats are constructed in their own factory to insure superior workmanship and attention to detail.  Corky’s boys coats and girls coats really are like a work of art.”

Being in the South, we don’t get a huge selection of coats in our better stores because we have spent many a Christmas in short sleeves!  But, last December it snowed!  The motto is always be prepared!  Therefore, I usually order my children’s outerwear from a catalog or online in order to get a better selection and KidsCoats.com is perfect for that!  They have a HUGE variety of Corky and Company Coats for boys, girls, toddlers and babies, and many have matching hats and mittens.  I am most pleased to know that the coats are also machine washable!  Hooray!  KidsCoats also carries Corky raincoats that are so stinking cute you will be praying for rainclouds and doing a rain dance daily for a chance to put your little munchkin in one!

The coat Em received is just perfect and is in a precious pink and brown pattern but they have tons of other choices that range from the classic to the trendy.  You won’t find anything less than “ooh la la” at KidsCoats.com.  The boys coats are especially handsome (I love the toggle button ones).  Many have hoods but don’t forget KidsCoats has plenty of choices for hats and mittens too!  Some of the hoods have little flowers to dance in the wind when your little Eskimo plays outside this winter to shoo away the cabin fever.  Check it out:
