Lansinoh Products: Review and Giveaway CONTEST CLOSED

When my first daughter was born, I successfully breastfed for 7 months. When I became pregnant with my second daughter, I thought breastfeeding would be simple the second time around because now I was an experienced pro! I was so wrong. Aubrie and I had problems getting a correct latch which resulted in cracking, bleeding and lots of pain. I was on the verge of giving up and switching to formula when I discovered Lansinoh HPA Lanolin which helped the healing process and made breastfeeding much more bearable. The Lanolin is thick, but not too greasy and stays put! I have now made it 7.5 months of nursing Aubrie (and counting!).

I already know I love the Lansinoh brand, so when I was approached to review the Lansinoh HPA Lanolin and the new Diaper Rash Ointment, I was more than happy to oblige!

This year Lansinoh extended their line of products and introduced Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment. This product is not only for breastfed babies! Unlike other diaper rash treatments, Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment contains Lansinoh’s HPA Lanolin, the world’s purest and safest lanolin, known for the past two decades as the number one product of choice by breastfeeding mothers for sore, cracked nipples. Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment has a unique blend of ingredients in its triple protection formula and is fragrance free, hypoallergenic and has an elegant, non-greasy texture that goes on white, rubs in clear and doesn’t make a mess.

Now, I have to admit, I was skeptical because I already have a favorite brand of diaper rash cream, but I decided to put the Lansinoh brand to the test. The first thing I loved about the ointment is that it is fragerance free! The ointment went on smoothly and definitely covered well. I felt like Aubrie’s bottom was well protected from developing rashes. However, my favorite part was that the cream becomes clear when applied! No more white gook under my nails! Genius!

Want to try it out for yourself? I have 1 tube (3oz) of the Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment and 1 tube (2oz) of the Lansinoh HPA Lanolin to give away to TWO of my lucky readers!

  1. I would have to go for the Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment because I have the most use and need for that.

  2. I love the Lanisoh Lanolin for breastfeeding. It’s also great the last weeks before delivery when things get a tad dry.

  3. Christina – xristya@rock.com – I’d like to win the Lansinoh Diaper Rash Ointment, because so many of them don’t work well, especially when the baby (like my brothers and I did) has eczema! This recommendation is great tip!

  4. My sister swears by Lansinoh. I am currently pregnant and when I go out shopping I like to stock up on a box of the nursing pads.

  5. My daughter recently used a lot of the breast pads and cream and I know they really helped her with nursing her son until he was 6 months old. I bet the diaper cream works really good!

  6. I love the double breast pump, as well as the diaper rash cream!

I would be thrilled to be the winner of this very special contest!

    Thank you!

  7. I like the Lansinoh HPA® Lanolin Topical Treatment, I have a teething son and that helps a bit.

  9. As a matter of fact… I just bought some of the Diaper Rash Ointment. We were having a persistent rash, and nothing helped. We got that (mainly because if was something we hadn’t already tried) and we love it. It’s now our favorite. We have tubes in the nursery and at the day care.
