As a parent, I am always screening the things my girls watch on TV.  I like educational, fun and creative programming and the Wow! Wow! Wubbzy series definitely fits the bill!  Both girls (ages 1.5 and 4.5) loved both the Halloween and Christmas Wubbzy specials, so I knew they would be excited to experience “Wubb Idol!”

This DVD tells the story of Wubbzy and his best friends, Walden, Widget and Daizy, who take a journey to the “Wuzzleburg Idol” talent show.  Along the way, the friends meet the famous girl group, The Wubb Girlz, and learn a valuable lesson about staying true to themselves.  Pop singer, Beyonce Knowles makes her voiceover debut by playing Shine, the lead singer of The Wubb Girlz.  Aubrie and Lily both danced around the living room during her performance of “Sing-a-Song!”

“Wubb Idol” was released on October 13th in stored for $16.98.  The new 93-minute DVD features special features such as activities, coloring pages and even music videos!
