We did it by sticking to what made drive-ins so popular in the first place: made-to-order American classics, signature menu items, speedy service from friendly Carhops and heaping helpings of fun and personality.

Today, SONIC is the largest chain of drive-in restaurants in America. As a business, we continue to thrive, maintaining strong real sales growth, industry-leading customer frequency and high returns for our stockholders. So take a cruise through to learn more about our company and the people who help make it an American success story.” Check out these awesome videos that will explain all about what Sonic has to offer!

Fortunately, there is a SONIC only a few blocks from my house, so we are no stranger to this drive-in!  It has recently undergone a face lift and looks fantastic.  Along with the remodel came new menus and healthier options.  As I was ordering for Lily, I was pleased to see that apple slices and bananas were included among the options for sides with her Wacky Pack Kids Meal.  She quickly chose apples and decided she wanted to try the apple juice slush!  I ordered a hot dog, apples and white milk for Aubrie and combo meals for my husband and I.  The total bill was under $18!  Not bad for dinner for a family of 4.  And even though it is fast food, I felt like my children were not eating junk.  Back at home, the kids cleaned their plates and were so excited to get a Sonic treat!

summary

We loved our SONIC experience!  I believe Moms and Dads alike will be pleased with the new healthy options available in the Wacky Packs for kids.  And for those that need to satisfy their french fry craving, a WebMD nutritionist identified SONIC regular french fries as the most healthy among other fast-food restaurants.  The Wacky Packs also come with educational toys that encourage parent-child interaction.
