How do you keep cool in the Summer?  It has been ridiculously hot here in South Louisiana and everyone is staying indoors to beat the heat.  Now that school has ended, many lemonade stands are popping up to help keep residents cool and hydrated (while teaching the kids the value of a dollar!).

This Summer, Electrolux has partnered with Kelly Ripa to help Americans keep cool for a cause!  By visiting the Electrolux website, you can create your own Virtual Lemonade Stand by choosing the colors of your stand, the flavors of your lemonade and even uploading a picture of yourself!  Once your stand is created and open for business, you can share it with your friends and even post it on Facebook!

For every stand opened, Electrolux will donate $1 to the Ovarian Cancer Research Fund (OCRF). You can support the cause even more by buying and sending glasses of virtual lemonade with 100% of the proceeds benefiting OCRF. This is a great way to celebrate the beginning of summer, let friends know you’re thinking of them, and support a great cause!

While supporting a great cause is reward enough, Electrolux has decided to donate a new French Door Refrigerator to one lucky winner.  Each time you log-in to your lemonade stand, you will receive one entry to the contest.  In addition, when others donate to your stand, they are eligible to win, too!
