Little Looster: Review and Giveaway

hypothesis As we potty train my youngest daughter, the Little Looster will provide a sense of comfort, confidence and cleanliness.

materialsOne white Little Looster and a two year old girl ready to enter the “big girl” world of using the grown up potty!  About Little Looster:

“Little Looster LLC is a Portland, OR based business. The Looster itself was conceived and designed by Monica Mylet, a mother of 3. She came up with the design and need after parenting 3 kids through the potty training process. Just about every aspect of the Looster’s life cycle from birth-of-concept to design and manufacturing was completed by Oregon based companies.

results A few months ago, we began potty training my two year old daughter.  She was doing great until one day, she grew a little over-confident and fell into the potty.  Needless to say, she was not very happy, a bit scared and then she regressed.  So, when I was introduced to the Little Looster, I thought it would be just the thing to get us back on track.

The Little Looster is a U-shaped plastic step stool that easily fits around the base of the toilet.  It allows my daughter to easily climb onto the seat (hands-free…YAY!).  Not only is this a great way to help avoid germs, but it provides her with a sense of confidence because she has more stability and control over her movements since her feet are no longer dangling.

Aubrie has done a great job with her new step stool and has even begun taking herself to the potty.  I also love that we don’t have to remove the Little Looster when adults need to use the restroom.  The toilet is still easily accessible with the looster in place.

hypothesis I hate to jinx myself, but dare I say that Aubrie is officially potty trained?!?  The Little Looster helped her gain confidence in the bathroom and allows her to sit on the potty without assistance.  This step stool fits around the toilet and still allows access when adults need to use the restroom.  I feel like this is a great buy for parents who are in the process of potty training!  It can be purchased directly from Little Looster for $39.99.
