hypothesis A SIGG Water Bottle will be a great way to stay hydrated as a busy Mom on the go without sacrificing style, function or the environment!

materials

One 0.6L aluminum SIGG Lifestyle Water Bottle in Mystic Noir, my favorite sweet tea (I’m a Southern girl after all!), and a busy day at the park with my two beautiful girls.  About SIGG Water Bottles:

sigglogo“SIGG is the ultimate eco-friendly reusable beverage bottle is perfect for anyone who is “green” but still wants to make a fashion statement. Made from pure aluminum and 100% recyclable, SIGG is the ideal alternative to plastic bottles and does not leach any harmful chemicals such as BPA’s, while alleviating the plastic waste dilemma that plagues our landfills and oceans. The durable bottles have a baked on, non-porous interior lining that is taste neutral so you can have lemonade one day and water the next and there won’t be any lingering taste or odor.”

results Wake up, get dressed, cook breakfast, wake up the girls, feed them, dress girls for school, drop off at school, drive to work….on most days, it can be almost lunchtime before I realize that I have yet to drink anything!  As a working Mom, my schedule is jam packed every single day, but to be a good Mom, I have to remember to take care of myself, too.  When I was first introduced to SIGG, I immediately thought, “That would be GREAT to throw in my bag and take with me!”

noir

I was sent the SIGG Lifestyle Water Bottle in Mystic Noir to try out while I ran around town.  When it arrived, my first impression was that it was so cute!  Perfect for dance class!  The water bottle is 100% aluminum, lightweight and completely recyclable!  I filled my bottle with iced tea and headed to the park (armed with snacks) with my daughters.  It was great to have a drink with me that would not spill as I chased and played with my active girls.

siggAnother thing I like about the bottle is that the interior is lined which protects against leaching or residue build up.  This allows you to drink a beverage without leaving an odor behind when you fill it with a different type of drink (and makes it very easy to clean! BONUS!).  The size was perfect for me, but if you have a bigger thirst, one liter or wide mouth bottles are also available.  Or for the little ones, bottles are available for the kids, too!

If you would like to personalize your bottle, check out SIGG Skins!  Here, you can upload a favorite photo, family picture or company logo and have a skin printed that will easily slip onto your SIGG bottle!  Make sure your graphic or photo is a high resolution image to ensure that your skin comes out perfect!

hypothesis

I absolutely love my SIGG Water Bottle!  Of course, if it makes my life easier, I am THRILLED!  The water bottle is cute, functional and easy to clean.  I also like all of the options that SIGG provides.  Choose a bottle to fit your thirst, function and personality for a very reasonable price!  Make sure you check out the lunch boxes, too!

Ultimate Cloth: Review and Giveaway

As the mom of  two, I feel like I am constantly cleaning.  The one place I feel like I am in most often is the kids’ bathroom.  My son  has now graduated to brushing his teeth on his own and he does a good job at it.  He doesn’t do so well when it comes to rinsing his toothpaste down the drain and somehow is able to get it all over the mirror, plus fingerprints.  The kids’ bathroom is in a spot in the house where guests will sometimes use it too, so I am fanatical about checking it to make sure it’s presentable.  More often than not, I find myself backtracking to the utility room to get glass cleaner, paper towels, bathroom cleaner, and a rag to take care of the toothpaste and fingerprint explosion.   Who else feels my pain?

ultimate cloth

When I got the chance to review the Ultimate Cloth, I will admit I was skeptical.  The Ultimate Cloth cleans with just water?  Really?  How is that possible when it seems I need an arsenal of products to take care of a bathroom?  But, I figured I would try it.  As usual, the mirror was nice and fingerprint-y!

I followed the simple directions to use  the Ultimate Cloth and was shocked to find out it really did clean the mirror with just water.  There was not one trace of fingerprints, spots, water marks, or streaks when I was done, and it took half the time as opposed to spray cleaner and paper towels, plus more paper towels to dry after cleaning!

The Ultimate Cloth uses MiraFiber™ Technology, which has open spaces between fibers that act as ‘scoops’ that pull dust, dirt, oil, and other contaminants into the cloth and hold them until washed with soap or detergent.  You can even bleach the Ultimate Cloth to disinfect it after cleaning if necessary.

The Ultimate Cloth can be used on virtually any surface:  Mirrors, glass, crystal, computer screens and other electronics, tile, granite, stainless steel, marble, the list goes on and on.  The best thing is that you use NO cleaning products with the Ultimate Cloth, so you don’t have to worry about your family being exposed to chemicals in the cleaning process.  I have often thought about having my son clean the mirror in an attempt to help him curb his messiness but hesitated because I didn’t want to turn him loose with a bottle of spray cleaner.  Now that I know the Ultimate Cloth can be used, guess who’s in charge of cleaning when I see spots?
