So you want to know more about me, huh?

My name is Bridgette and I am the creator/writer/mastermind behind The Not-So-Blog. I started blogging in July of 2008 almost by accident (you can see my first post here). I never intended for my blog to really take off, hence the name The Not-So-Blog. As it turns out, I really enjoy writing and my blog started to evolve into a real life blog. I am also honored to be a part of several review teams including those at Cool Baby Kid, Family Review Network, My Blog Spark and Mom Central.  My blog was featured in the LA Times and you can see me in action on the Good Morning New Orleans show on ABC 26!

I have also recently begun an ad and review blog network along with Cecelia from Cool Baby Kid.  By creating The Double Duty Divas, we have assembled some of the most reliable, thorough, and trafficked review bloggers on the Internet!  In fact, Cecelia and I will be speaking at Blog World Expo in Las Vegas this October (and are currently seeking sponsorships!).  Want your product to be introduced to the Divas, or interested in advertising on our network?  Contact me at notsoblog (at) gmail (dot) com.

Personally, I am a full time Mom who works outside of the home as a lab technician (I am also a full blown science geek).  I have two beautiful daughters (ages 1 and 4) who help me with reviews whenever possible.  My husband and I live happily in Southeast Louisiana.
