Help Build Healthy Habits with Brita

Instilling healthy habits from the beginning has always been important to my husband and I.  While leading by example is the best way to go, I admit that I am not perfect.  When I am on the go, I tend to grab a quick soda (or sweet tea!) but with my recent adventures in weight loss, I have been trying to reach for water instead.  Because my daughters are very active, I want them to learn to reach for water to rehydrate after a long dance rehearsal or outdoor fun.

The main reason I will grab a soda is because it’s convenient, but if I could make grabbing some water just as simple, I would be hooked.  I recently learned about Brita’s water bottles for on-the-go drinking and I am pleased that they have added kids bottles, too!  Did you know that 85% of school aged children don’t get the recommended amount of water?  I am hoping to make sure my kids are not in that number!
