Build Their Creativity with Crystal Bricks from CPToys

With the overwhelming amount of electronic toys available even to kids at the young age of 4, I try to seek out playsets that build imagination, creativity and motor skills.  My youngest daughter was always been intrigued with building things and blocks have always been her toy of choice (I think she will be an engineer or architect one day).  As a Constructive Mom, I am fortunate enough to try out different toys every month with my kids and this month I selected the Crystal Bricks Set from CPToys.

My daughter is getting a little too old for her larger building blocks.  Her dexterity has improved and I think she is ready for smaller bricks with which to build.  This set looked perfect because they are bright crystal colors to build a princess’ kingdom.  Many shapes, colors and sizes are included so the options are limitless.

My daughter recently had a playdate with a friend and she immediately wanted to pull out the Crystal Bricks.  Her friend, who is a boy, wanted to know if the bricks were for girls.  But, the set passed the test because of the blue bricks.  Together, they learned teamwork and created quite the castle/pirate ship.

As a Mom, the best part of the Crystal Bricks set is the bucket to store them in!  The bucket snaps closed and has a carrying handle for easy portability.  I love that we can store the bucket on a shelf, closet or under the bed without pieces getting lost or making a mess.  For just $39.99, you really can’t go wrong.  The set is Duplo® compatible, contains 136 pieces and is recommended for ages 4 and up.

  2. Any of the furniture, my baby will soon be sharing a room with his big brother so I’d love to have bedroom furniture- dresser, nightstand and frame. My two yr old would also love the art easel set. His grandma is a professional artist!

  3. I like the todays girl collection…. They are all beautifully crafted dolls, and at a better price than american girl dolls…. The emma doll and the school fun accessories would be my top picks
