Explore Lite-opia with the Lite Sprites {Giveaway} #ShineOn

Over the course of the past three years reviewing products for Experimental Mommy, we have tested many, many, many toys.  But few have totally taken our breath away and left us wondering, “How did they do that?” Enter Lite Sprites and the magical world of Lite-opia.

We received a HUGE package from WowWee, an award winning toy manufacturer, in order to give us the complete Lite-opia experience, a line that was released in August of this year.  About the new products:

The Lite Sprites™ live in Lite-Topia, an enchanted land that sparkles with color and light. The Sprites collect, share and use color and light to express their emotions. The Sprite Sister
hood includes five Sprites, each with a special power: Prisma, the leader; Astra, the keeper of the skies; Brooke, who takes care of the water; Meadow, who is responsible for the plants, flowers and trees; and Bleak, the rebel Sprite who uses her powers to disrupt color in Lite-Topia.

Collect and share color?  Yea, we were confused, too.  But, they really do!  Using the Lite Wand (which has a color sensor at the end), your child can “catch” color from the provided color wheel or any flat surface.  The crystal at the end lights up with the color you just collected and by pressing a button, the wand will share that color with the sister Sprites or any Lite Sprite playset.  My girls captured the color from their bedroom walls, the wooden floors, their favorite pair of pants and even their school backpacks!  The wands also include some fun games like Color Hunt as well as the ability to cast spells on the Sprites and the Playsets!  My girls had a great time “cracking the code” of spell casting!

As much as I try to explain the Lite Sprites, words just don’t do it justice.  Check out the video review by my two daughters for a better explanation:

As you can tell, they loved it (and I will admit to playing with them, too!).  We received two wands with Prisma, the Tree of Lite, as well as the flower and waterfall accessories but my girls are already looking forward to adding to Lite-opia soon.

If you can’t get enough of the Lite Sprites, check out their animated series on You Tube, follow them on Twitter (#ShineOn) and “like” them on Facebook, too!

  10. My daughter wants “Brooke” so bad because she knows she takes care of the water. My daughter likes that her and Brooke have similarities because they both love the water. She also loves that Brooke is all blue that being her favorite color.

By the way loved the video with your girls playing with the Lite Sprites!! They were so cute and looked very content! That’s a big plus for any parent!
