Bialetti Pasta Pot: Review and Giveaway

I am not a great cook.  I am not even a decent cook.  But, I have often wondered if I would be willing to put more effort into cooking if I had the right tools to make the job easier.  I troubleshoot all day in the lab at my regular job, so the last thing I want to do at home when fixing a meal for my family is improvise.

Slowly but surely, I am collecting the tools of the trade.  One of our favorite meals to cook for dinner is meat sauce and spaghetti in our pressure cooker.  It’s an easy meal and absolutely delicious, too!  So I was thrilled to test out the new Bialetti 5 quart Pasta Pot to make this dish ever easier.  About Bialetti:

The Bialetti 5-quart Pasta Pot features an innovative lock-on lid with built-in strainer, eliminating the need for a colander.  Simply boil your pasta in water, lock on the lid and strain directly from the pot!  The heat resistant handles made it very easy to grab and go.  Not to mention in the Trend Collection, the pasta pots are available in three hot colors: Purple Passion, Blue Cheer and Orange Spice and are available for only $34.95.

I am so in love with my new pasta pot that wanted to see what else Bialetti has to offer.  Check out this adorable stovetop coffee maker or the functional (and colorful) saute pan!  These tools would definitely help get me on the right track.
