At the beginning of the year, I joined Weight Watchers….again. Since the last meeting I attended in January of 2010, they changed the program. Now more than ever before, they are stressing the importance of fruits and vegetables. Admittedly, I am not a lover of either of these things, so I struggle to get in my daily servings.

With each smoothie, you get an entire serving of fruit, live and active cultures and calcium! All you have to do is dump the contents of one Yoplait Smoothie package into a blender like the KitchenAid 3 speed blender (which actually has a button specifically for smoothies), add one cup of milk and blend.
