We have not traveled on a holiday since our boys were born and thats been the best! Our laast holiday trip (on july 4th) what was supposed to be a 3 hr car ride turned into 8+ hrs, never again on a holiday!
I’m not traveling this season… I have to work!
We are spending the Holidays at home! I am so excited about it. Our youngest is 17 months old and we have one due in January. I am way to tired to go here and there and everywhere.
I am traveling 180 miles round trip. I am bringing my 87 yr. old father and 90 yr. old uncle home from the VA to spend the holidays with me this year.

We have four family gatherings each year for Christmas but don’t travel more than 45 miles for any of them.
No, I am never home for the holiday as all my family lives in the sunny south where they just got 10 inches of snow while I had a dusting. Now I have to drive on a weekday and I am going to hit so much traffic – waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!
