results First a turkey, now chicken?!?  What has gotten into me these days?  I am actually grateful for these reviews because I am learning a lot about cooking and I am gaining confidence in the kitchen (my husband thanks you, too!).  After being offered the opportunity to great a main dish with Progresso Panko, I looked through the fabulous Signature recipes provided by Chef Michael Chiarello, and decided on the Maple-Pecan Chicken.

The recipe was incredibly easy (see the above link for the directions) and the kids LOVED it!  I used chicken tenders instead of breasts and cut them into chicken nuggets.  The maple syrup gave it a sweet flavor and made the chicken incredibly juicy while the Panko and pecans gave the chicken a crispy texture which delighted the little ones.

summary

While I have only had the chance to try this one recipe, there are MANY for your to choose from, along with fun dinner theme and wine suggestions!  If one of these recipes interests you, make sure you check out the available coupons from Betty Crocker!
