results I knew that I would be attending the Nestle Happy, Healthy Gathering with several outstanding bloggers in September, each armed with their own laptop to capture every moment of the event.  So, when I was approached by Music Skins about doing a product review, I was happy to oblige!  I though that creating a custom skin for my laptop would be a great way to identify my laptop among the others and be able to show off my girls, too!  After measuring my laptop, I knew that I needed a 15″ skin.  After choosing the correct product, I chose the picture I wanted to use, uploaded, added some text and ordered!  It was incredibly easy to create the perfect personalized piece for my laptop.  When the skin arrived just a few days later, I was so nervous about placing it on my laptop correctly.  All my fears was dissolved when I successfully “installed” my custom laptop skin in a matter of seconds.  At the event, several bloggers commented on the laptop skin!  It was a big hit and a great way to keep my girls close when I was hundreds of miles away from home.

Working with Music Skins was a great experience!  It was very easy to create, edit, order and install my laptop skin.  In addition to personalizing your laptop, you can order skins for your iPod, iPhone, or Blackberry Curve to name a few.  You don’t have to design a custom skin, there are many styles and artists to choose from including Taylor Swift, Fergie and Madonna.

    None of the premade art looks particularly appealing, so I’d probably upload one of my favorite pictures. Maybe one of my kids or a landscape.

    I would love to personalize my laptop. I think the picture you did with your girls is so cute~! I would like to do that as well for mine.I would also like to personalize my cell to match my laptop. So If I won the $30 GC I would have two skins done with my kids on them. But I am also planning on giving my oldest son a laptop for his graduation present this year and would love to personalize that before I give it to him. That way it makes it just a little bit more special. He managed to make it through high school using one of the schools laptops but now that he will be attending college he needs his own.
