		<description>I have never made them myself, but did have them while in &quot;Nawlins&quot;, and they were delicious.... the sausage and rice were so good, too. It was like Mardi Gras in your mouth. 
I have heard that it really is VERY important to soak overnight to make sure you get the dirt, rocks, etc. out and get the best flavor of the beans.</description>
