I love my local Kroger because they double and triple coupons and you can use printable coupons in conjunction with loadable coupons. Combine that with their Mega Deals (which is coming back soon I hear) and other promos, you can get items free or almost free. Thanks, Bridgette.

One reason I love my Kroger store? They saved my son’s third birthday.
I was a wee bit late ordering his cake (the day before) but was thrilled that the bakery I called could get it done. Then, at two pm, with the party to be at four pm, I received a call that they actually didn’t have the topper for his cake. Or any others one I suggested (Transformers, Spider-man, etc). So I told her to forget it.. I called the Walmart Bakery that is literally across the street, they said it wouldn’t be until six or seven. So I called Kroger, she said, sure no problem. My baby got his Harry Potter cake and he got it on time. I’ve also found that their teething tablets cost less, and are always in stock, than Walmart’s.
