I ordered filters for out pool and thought I ordered our size but got another size. When I called to change the filters, I found out that I had to give them 20% of total to restock + returned postage. I didn’t mind the postage but the restock fee, when paying more for the correct size was crazy. This would be giving them 15.00. DON’T SEND ANYTHING BACK EVEN IF IT IS THEIR FALT.
