Ok, so I only lost 0.2 lbs this week. But, it is nice to be out of the 120’s. To be completely honest, I sort of had a love affair with salt this week, so I am really not shocked that I didn’t lose more.
My goal for the upcoming week is to lose one pound and to keep chugging the water.

The website that I really love is 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet. This site features tips, recipes, tools and calculators, and a great forum which includes topics on all sorts of programs such as Weight Watchers or South Beach.
