Let’s get fit! Thank you all for joining me and being my support system while I say Buh-Bye to the baby weight.
Let me start by outlining the rules:
2. Set a goal you intend to accomplish this week. If you are participating to lose weight, your goal can be as simple as “lose weight.” If you are participating in order to tone up, please set a more specific goal. For example, I will walk one mile twice a week. Blog about your goals and make sure you link back to THIS rules post and encourage others to join us! Next Thursday, you will tell the world about your achievements and set a new goal.
In order to keep myself motivated, I plan to post a picture of my weight every Thursday. If you are not ready for that, simply blog about your weight-loss experience that week. You do NOT have to divulge the actual numbers or show a picture.
3. Complete a task you will find here each Thursday and include it in your blog post for the week.
4. IF YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOAL (we are going on the honor system here) come back here NEXT Thursday and sign the “Shrinky Linky” in order to be eligible for prizes (and so we can all pat you on the back!). I encourage you all to visit the blogs of the participants and send words of encouragement. You may only sign the Shrinky Linky if you have achieved your goal!!
