Review and Giveaway: Dapper Snappers (CONTEST CLOSED)

Do you have a long and lean child? Having problems finding pants that fit your child without having to get them altered? Well, you have GOT to check out the new invention from Cazella Innovations called Dapper Snappers!

The Dapper Snapper consists of a short piece of suspender elastic with snaps that fits in the back 3 belt loops of the child’s pants and snaps over the outer 2 loops to cinch the pants thereby keeping them from falling down. They are recommended for ages 9 mo-5 yrs and one size fits all.
The Dapper Snapper:

*Eliminates the need for the more expensive adjustable waistband pants.
*Does not need to be removed for diaper changes and does not impede potty training.
*Is adjustable to 4 sizes.
*Components (snaps, thread, elastic, everything), including packaging are made in the USA. I don’t use anything imported. Even the staples on the packaging are USA made.

Two new lines have just been added. The first is Snapcessories™; the new “must have” accessory for your child’s Dapper Snappers! The second is Sugared; a classy shimmery pattern added to original Dapper Snappers. Both of these additions have given Dapper Snappers the boutique style shoppers have been looking for.

Single Original Dapper Snappers retail at $8.95, Sugared are $9.95, and Snapcessorized™ are $15.95. We have girls and boys sets (3 singles) and rainbow sets also available. Check out the lines at Toddler Tech USA. You can see more about Dapper Snappers, including a how-to video, at Dapper Snappers.

Michelle at Cazella Innovations wanted The Not-So-Blog to test out the product for ourselves. Renee, a good friend of mine, has a 3.5 year old son who is very tall and lean. She has a rough time finding pants that fit him, so I sent the Navy Original Dapper Snapper to her to put it to the test. This is what she had to say about the product:
When I was asked to review the dapper snapper I was really excited. For any of you that have a child that is really tall and thin, this is the what you have been looking for. My son has to wear clothes that are larger just to fit him in length, but are often way to big in the waist, which leads to droopy pants. Since he is only 3.5 years old, wearing a belt is not an option for everyday use, and the adjustable waist is not always enough. Needless to say, I was game. The color blended perfectly and you could hardly tell is was there. Since it fits to the back of the pants, he could easily use the potty without even knowing it was there. The elastic is extremely sturdy and the snaps are heavy duty. You could tell that they were not going to come undone. I loved that there was four different lengths to which the Dapper Snapper could adjust. This product is very well made and I intend to get plenty of use out of it. Thanks to Dapper Snapper for the great invention!”

  1. Those are awesome. My son is 39 inches tall and only weighs 32 lbs. We are having the hardest time keeping his pants up.

I would do Beige or Navy – or the boys 3 pack.

  2. What a wonderful idea. We would go with Navy or Beige – or the boys 3 pack.

My son is 39 inches tall but only 32lbs. Now that winter is here we are having a hard time getting the Jeans to stay up.

  3. Hey, that little boy is my son! 🙂 Hi Cam!

I’d love the pink and another beige one now that my little girl is using them too! We love our Dapper Snappers!

  4. These would be great. Right now I use paperclips to keep my daughter’s pants on (too scared of safety pins!). I would pick the pink and black.

  5. These look so great! My son is so tall, that when we get pants that are long enough, they are always falling off his waist. I’d go with beige and black, so they could match everything. Thanks for the giveaway!

  6. I’m boring but I would probably get the beige and black. (They would match with everything.)

Great giveaway btw, I could really use these.

  7. I can’t go wrong getting navy blue or hot pink, one for the granddaughter and one for the little nephew!

  8. I would pick the Snapper (Beige for Girls) and Snapper (Navy Blue) because they are pretty versatile colors.
Thanks for the opportunity to participate in this giveaway!
